Dr. Sahu Omri

Known as “The Edu-tainer,” Dr. Sahu Omri has studied with teachers around the world and has shared the art of R.U.A.H., a form of Tribal Qi Gong, for more than 30 years.

This system integrates Qi Gong, dance, martial arts, play, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.

What is RUAH?

RUAH stands for Radiant Universal Art of Harmony. It represents your body, emotions, mind, and will force synchronized together.

Is RUAH a religion?

No. RUAH is a wellness and movement system open to all backgrounds and beliefs. The focus is harmony, balance, movement, breath, and connection.

What happens in a class?

Classes may include movement, breathing, dance, yoga, martial arts, tai chi, rhythm games. Done through self, partner and group exercises. The goal is to create harmony through joyful experiences and play!

What benefits can people experience?

People often experience greater calmness, confidence, focus, creativity, emotional balance and positive energy. The system is designed to support both introverted and extroverted personalities.

Is RUAH good for children with stress, ADHD or low confidence?

Many families find the program supportive because it combines movement, rhythm, creativity and emotional expression. The classes help children reconnect with focus, confidence and positive social connection.
